RETURNS: The CHEFtog Guarantee - If you are not fully satisfied with your apron, you may return it to us for a repair, replacement or refund within 30 days. Contact us for a UPS return label. Please note: Custom and Bulk orders, and/or washed and worn items are not returnable if any of the following customizations have been made: embroidery, add length, change waist tie length, stitching colors, adding towel loops, change or remove pockets, hardware changes, changing tie color and/or special-order fabrics)

Print your shipping label
If you are unable to print, please bring this to a carrier location for assistance.

Pack up your return
Place your item(s) AND the packing slip inside sturdy packaging, like the one your item(s) came in. Mark out any older addresses and bar codes. Tape up your package and affix your shipping label to the outside.

Ship it back to us
Drop off your package at a UPS store location near you. To find your closest UPS location, visit the UPS store Locator or go to www.theupsstore.com.

 

REPAIRS: Please wash all aprons before sending them for repair :) We can repair/fix almost anything that appears to have failed under normal use. Contact us for more information and restrictions

 

SHIPPING: Our Aprons are not sitting on shelves - we craft your apron from scratch once you place your order. "we like to handle each Apron as if it were our own." So...delivery times and availability vary from one product to another.
