Production & Shipping
Because each apron is handcrafted from start to finish, please allow 7–14 business days for production. Once your order ships, standard ground delivery typically takes an additional 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
International Orders
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges assessed by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.
If you have questions about country-of-origin certificates, customs documentation, or potential import charges, please contact CHEFtog before placing your order. Since many orders ship quickly—sometimes the same day they are received—we recommend addressing any questions in advance.
Shipping to PO boxes and military APO/FPO addresses
All orders being shipped to a PO Box must be sent via USPS. (UPS is not part of the postal system and are not authorized to access a PO Box.)
Expedited Shipping
For 2-3 Day Expedited Shipping, please allow one additional day for processing time. Note that orders are processed and shipped M-F 9am-3:30pm CST.
